  • How long does delivery take? — 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Is shipping free? — Yes, on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat ₹49 shipping fee.
  • Is there a COD charge? — Yes, Cash on Delivery orders attract an additional ₹10 handling fee collected at delivery.
  • Will I get a tracking number? — Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp.

  • Are the jewellery pieces nickel-free? — Most pieces are. Product descriptions mention if there are any allergen concerns.
  • How do I care for my jewellery? — Avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat. Store in the pouch provided. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.
  • Do you restock sold-out items? — Occasionally. Follow us on Instagram or message us on WhatsApp to be notified.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Can I return a product? — All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
  • What if my item arrives damaged? — Contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit if the claim is valid.
